利用規約のご案内

1. 利用規約への同意

Immediaxのプラットフォームをご利用いただくことで（公開コンテンツの閲覧、アカウント登録、アフィリエイトプログラム参加を含む）、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。規約に同意されない場合はご利用をお控えください。規約更新後も引き続き利用される場合、改定内容に同意されたと見なされます。

2. 提供サービスの概要

Immediax is a digital finance information platform. It provides real-time crypto market data, editorial analysis, curated news, structured educational content and an affiliate access program. Immediax is not a broker, does not custody crypto and does not execute trades on behalf of users. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any digital asset.

3. リスクに関する情報

Digital assets are highly volatile and can involve partial or total loss of capital. Past performance never guarantees future results, and no data feed or analysis model can eliminate market risk. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for evaluating whether any information on Immediax is appropriate for your goals, risk tolerance and jurisdiction. If you need personalized advice, consult a qualified financial adviser.

4. アカウント登録および利用条件

特定の機能をお使いになる際は、正確で最新の情報を用いてアカウント登録を行う必要があります。アカウント認証情報の管理は利用者の責任であり、アカウント上のすべての活動に責任を持ちます。特定の機能（特に規制対象の第三者ブローカー連携機能）は国や地域によって制限されており、米国在住または市民の方はご利用いただけません。制限内容はオンボーディング時にプラットフォーム上で案内いたします。

5. 利用禁止事項について

You agree not to use the platform to (a) engage in unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity, (b) attempt to circumvent security controls, (c) scrape, resell or misrepresent Immediax content, (d) impersonate Immediax or its team, or (e) publish content — including content produced under the affiliate program — that fabricates performance claims, omits required risk disclosures or violates applicable advertising rules in your jurisdiction.

6. 知的財産権の保護について

All content on the site (text, design, logos, code, dashboards, analysis) is protected and belongs to Immediax or its licensors. Registered users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal or, where applicable, professional research purposes. Affiliate program participants receive an additional licence to reuse designated content assets under the terms of the program agreement.

7. 責任の制限について

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Immediax disclaims all warranties and is not responsible for losses arising from crypto market fluctuations, from actions you take based on informational content, or from technical failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

8. 利用規約の変更について

本利用規約は随時見直され更新されることがあります。最新版は本ページに最終更新日と共に掲載され、重要な変更があれば登録ユーザーにプラットフォームまたはメールでお知らせする場合があります。更新後も継続利用されることで、改定内容にご同意いただいたものとみなします。
